Q: Will Pathways be counted as income?
A: No. Pathways support will not be counted as income and will not affect other services you receive from the state.

Q: How long does the training take?
A: Your local two-year college offers a wide variety of career programs, some of which can be completed in less than a year. You can start preparing for higher paying career today.

Q: What kind of help can I get?
A: Pathways can help you with things like learning how to fill out job applications and dress for an interview to completing your high school diploma. For those who are ready, Pathways can help you get higher levels of training.

Q: What kind of careers can I train for?
A: Pathways can help you access almost any career training program available at your local two-year college.* Programs vary, but the types of opportunities available to you include: nursing, emergency medical technician, computer operation, automotive mechanics, teaching, welding, office administration, industrial maintenance — OR— get your first two years toward a college degree in any field you choose. The opportunity is there. The possibilities are unlimited!
